Killer Cupcakes by Leighann Hobbs
Genre: Cozy Mystery
Pages: 146
Format: eBook
Rating: ★★★★
This was a quick, fun read. I enjoyed how the mystery was a pretty easy one to get through. I pretty much figured out who the killer was by the middle of the book but I was okay with that. I wasn’t too fond of how fast Lexy and Jack’s relationship blossomed. I’m not saying it wasn’t genuine but with the situation of the murder and everything, it kind of annoyed me with the timing. Other than that it was pretty adorable, I have to say. There were some grammatical errors but it didn’t take away from the book, just jarred you slightly. I think I’ll be continuing on with the series just to see where it goes.
